The property received significant upgrades and was expanded by 34,000sf. The property is now a 121,586sf powered shell datacenter facility with a dedicated 20 MVA substation onsite. The facility can be made divisible to 15,000sf pods. Download PDF

BASE PARTNERS COMPLETES A CONSULTING ASSESSMENT FOR A MAJOR INSURANCE COMPANY.
The assessment included city and site selection. Due diligence to determine geographic characteristics and budget variables, data center landscape and timelines to completion were all taken into consideration. A city short list was provided at the end of the assessment.
